Our Story
Building a legacy of support and victory for every Bangladeshi student in California.
Identity & Origin
Inspired by Triumph, Dedicated to Service.
We, from the Bangladeshi Student Association of California (BiSAC), began our journey on December 16th, which is Victory Day, or Bijoy Dibosh, in Bangladesh. Inspired by this day of triumph, we started with an election and a voting system to form the organization and its leadership.
Many international students, including ourselves, face numerous challenges when adjusting to life abroad. From navigating a new academic system to settling into a new environment, these obstacles can feel overwhelming.
BiSAC was created from this understanding and concern, with the goal of ensuring that future Bangladeshi students in California do not face the same difficulties. We are committed to being a constant support, guiding students through their journey, and helping them feel at home while pursuing their education.
